Ok so i don't know how much i weigh but probably about 138lb which is horrifc considering a couple of days ago i was 131lb.
I hate myself for not sticking to my diet but i have to eat with my parents every lunch and dinner. If i can't swap my shift on thursday im going to fast but if i can then that's out the window. I'm going to try and have only lunch on friday and only dinner on saturday. But it's so hard because i hate myself when i am dieting and hate myself when i' not. Stuck between a hard place and a rock!
If anyone has any tips and tricks please post them! in serious need. And if anyone has any suggestions as to what i can eat for lunch at work my options are below:
Tuna Mayo on Brown Bread
Prawn on Brown Bread
3/4 Jacket Potato with Beans (no butter) - if i have this i can avoid tea i think
Soup (always full of Cream)
Chicken Mayo on Brown Bread
I WISH I LIKED SALAD because i'd have that every day
